Finding the best mount for your weapon light can be tricky. Fixed mounts may work with one configuration, but don’t allow flexibility as you modify your rifle setup. It is also challenging to know whether a particular fixed mount will work with your setup without purchasing it first.
Our Pivot Adapter and accompanying mounts allow you to find your ideal light position, and adapt to future changes down the road.
The adapter mounts to any Scout pattern light, allowing you to upgrade your favorite light with pivot functionality.
The adapter is ambidextrous and can be mounted in several different orientations depending on your needs. A number of viable positions are provided below:
I have a surefire scout pro rifle light that I am using on one rifle with the picatinny mount. Another rifle has a light with the legacy scout pattern that I wanted to mount on a swivel/pivot mount. Decided to get this to make use of the mlok mount that came with the surefire scout pro light as it was cheaper than getting something like an Overbore Swvl or the Bobro pivoting mount. Worked out perfectly!
I’ve wanted a mount that could tuck a light into the rail as close as possible most of the time, but could be swiveled out for shooting in the dark with a suppressor to minimize shadow. This is that product, and it’s very well executed.
This is my first product from them and it is exactly what I needed when I wanted to swivel my light away from

Nice upgrade to the standard Surefire body. I slapped it on an Arisaka 18650 body and it fits cleanly on there. Pretty straightforward to install too.
Really wanted to take advantage of the low profile mounts that the new scout lights provide. But the body of the old school scout lights is different than the new body style. I didn't want to spend money on new lights so I started the search for an adapter that would allow me to use the new low profile mounts. I stumbled upon Meteorite Concepts and when looking at the image, I said to myself.....this is what I need as long as it works like I think it does. Purchased a set and it did EXACTLY what I wanted. Purchased another set for another rifle with the same light. Told my buddy who owns a gun shop about them and he placed an order. Thank you!!!!
